Do you think it's helpful? I get a little overwhelmed when I see all the different marathon guides...<br /><br />I started the P90X and only made it 4 days when I got hit with costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the sternum). I stopped to let myself heal. But I liked the 4 days I did and am thinking of starting it again. I will say this - I am scared of push-ups...and I have never seen so many different types as on these workouts...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
